At North Featherstone J & I, we follow the Little Wandle Phonic scheme. Children will read with their teacher three times a week. A new book will go home every Wednesday.

PE is on Tuesdays in Holly class.

Homework goes out every Friday.Children need to bring back their books on a Wednesday.

This half terms topic is 'How have toys changed?'.

We have been lucky enough to have a member from Wakefield museum come in to deliver a toys workshop. The focus was to look at different aged toys and how they have adapted over time. We met Charlie Bear who is 75 years old!
